It is web-based so that it is always available and password protected to assure your competitive advantage. NovaCare is a 24/7 customer support program. With delivery of your purchased heat sealer, we upload a private access WebLink to custom pages designed specifically about your machine. Includes options selected, detailed setup instructions, operations, step-by-step instructions, programming instructions, troubleshooting and maintenance information, videos on every aspect of operations, maintenance, online chat links, etc. Of course, if you need to call, we’re also available. We inventory parts and supplies, so if you need something replaced or for production, call us, it is usually in stock and can be shipped within 3 days. 
Regarding supplies, we stock sealing tape, zone tape, heating elements, hand rollers, sensors, maintenance aids, replacement parts, etc. And our sealing tape is specially formulated to work with our pulse sealing technology for optimal results.
