Custom Wedge Welder
Custom GT-100 Wedge Welder made for Watersaver Company (Denver, CO) for inline process welding of polypropylene pond liner sheets.
This is an example of a custom wedge welder. In this example, the form of the wedge welder was designed to mount into an existing winder/rewinder structure. The wedge was shaped as a contour match to the existing pressure rollers. Client specified the stainless steel finish.
