Air Rockers
Base machine now includes this option to replace spring-activated rockers with pneumatic rockers to keep impulse wires under tension during sealing. Adding Air Rockers replaces springs with pneumatic rockers. This option increases life of impulse wires. This option is now standard!

TCF Maintenance Saver
For Base Machine, TCF Maintenance Saver requires replacing strips of Teflon Coated Fibreglas whenever this material appears worn. With the TCF Maintenance Saver, replacement is made easier with continuously fed roll of Teflon material for both upper and lower heat sealing bars, resulting in reduced maintenance.

Proprietary Pulsing
Adds a pulsing delivery method which provides overlap seal without distortion or discoloration. Also excellent to prevent burns on heavier materials. Recommended for sealing printed media.

PocketMaker
Without this option, forming pockets and hems is easily accomplished using masking tape. Heat Sealer seals through tape without damaging the media material. Popular option with larger format sealers, PocketMaker provides an aluminum overlap guide to assure overlap remains fixed. Click here to view PocketMaker.

Water-Cool Ready
Required for high repetitive production applications, Water-Cool Ready provides inlet/outlet with anodized water channel for cooling upper sealing bar. When needed, just add a water reservoir (bucket), water pump and hoses. For even higher speed applications, you can add a chiller to your water reserve. When adding this option with PowerPak, the Table-Top Heat Sealer becomes a full production machine.

Table Stand with Casters
Base machine is designed to be table-top, which means the heat sealer can easily be positioned on a table or desk. If your application requires mobility, then either position the table-top sealer on a suitable cart, or purchase Table Stand with Casters. Table Stand also increases overall throat dimension with front/rear loading by locating many of the electronics below the heat sealer.

PowerPak
Base machine is configured with two transformers. PowerPak adds a third transformer. Additional power is used to reduce sealing time or when working with heavier materials. PowerPak option also provides option for Dual Mode (Top & Bottom sealing) and Single Mode (Top Only sealing). Popular option.

220/240 VAC
220/240 VAC Operation. Add this option to convert power requirements from 110/120 VAC to 220/240 VAC.
Extended Throat
Increases throat dimensions by about 25%.
