Pulse-type Heat Sealing uses a revolutionary concept developed and patented by Novaseal. The technology was derived by combining the benefits of high frequency (RF), hot die and impulse sealing. The result is a n incrementally pulsed method that generates progressively increased heat within two or more layers of materials while under compression. Pulse-type Heat Sealers are available in 1-m incremental lengths by seal width ranging from 1/4-inch to 1-inch. Sealing cycle times are the same regardless of seal length. For example, a 7-m Pulse-type Heat Sealer will seal same material on a 2-m in the same time. So, if you are sealing a lightweight PE/Plastic, a cycle time of 10-seconds is the same regardless of length.
Another feature of Pulse-type sealing is end-to-end sealing. This means that if you have a limited budget and can better afford a 3-m than a larger machine, you can easily produce the first seal, then move the material over and seal the next section with as little as a 1-inch overlap between the two sections.
