QUAD Pulse-type Heat Sealers
 What began as our 4-by-X all-in-one heat sealer has evolved to become the world's largest and fastest heat sealing machine, also known as Novaseal's QUAD Pulse-type Sealer. Using our proprietary pulse sealing method, completed seals are stronger, better looking and more reliable than virtually any other method of sealing.

Since its introduction in 2007, the QUAD Pulse-type Heat Sealer has been proven to seal PE/Plastics used by Lamar Graphics and Clear Channel, among others. It is the new standard for high speed heat sealing. Single or multiple seals can be 1/4-, 1/2- or 1-inch width or any combination thereof.
According to Rachel Tempanaro, General Manager, Lamar Graphics, "Novaseal's QUAD Pulse Sealer is successfully pocketing printed boards" and is Lamar's key production advantage for fabrication of posters. As a matter of fact, Lamar more affectionately renamed the QUAD, "The Transformer." All four sides of a poster are folded, pocketed and sealed.
4-way heat sealing objectives were not only met but we exceeded all expectations. As a matter of fact, heat sealing quality and performance using Novaseal's proprietary Pulse-type heat sealing technology proved to be fast and accurate. Material movement through the QUAD was certainly a challenge. Novaseal's proprietary magnetic gripper technology contributed towards high speed material movement. To optimize movement on future QUAD machines, Novaseal has teamed with Maxcess International and PrimeTest. Maxcess provides a family of products and services to assure material feeding is accurate and exact, with tension, telescoping and guiding control. With material movement control, the QUAD can be used to produce single sheets to fully automated non-stop production. PrimeTest is a Boca Raton company that specializes in precision motion controls and location registration. Together with Maxcess and PrimeTest, Novaseal's QUADG2. provides the best seals, with the most versatility for high speed heatsealing production available today.
With recent introduction of our QUADG2 ... second generation QUAD machine, seals are continuous perimeter sealing at speeds up to 15-times faster than any competitive sealer.
