Product Information

Novaseal products are arranged into 4 basic product groups:  Pulse Sealers, Wedge Welders, Specialized Products and Custom Sealers.  Selecting a product depends on your application, materials and whether you want to seal manually or automatic.

PulseSealing requires a press.  All of our presses are poster-type which is quite a bit more efficient and exacting than cantilever-types.  Generally poster-type is considered more upper end and is significantly more expensive than cantilever (scissor/hinged type presses), however Novaseal innovative engineering team has found ways to provide poster type presses and considerable savings.  Novaseal’s Bar Sealers featuring Novaseal’s proprietary frequency modulated Pulse Sealing technology include:  ShadeSealer, ShadeSealer PRO, PulseSealer, QUAD Automatic Pulse Sealer, Table-Top Pulse Sealer. Wedge Welders use a heated platen shaped as a wedge to apply heat directly to the interface of two or more overlapped materials.  Novaseal invented BPR wedge welding and has been a leader in this industry.  Novaseal Wedge Welders include:  GT-100 Hand-Held Wedge Welder, GT-200 Wheel Mounted Walk Behind Wedge Welder, and GT-75 Hand-Held Economy Welder.

Specialized heat sealer products include hot die sealers or hand-held pulse sealer.  These sealers use a heated platen in a press format.  The heat is applied from the top and/or bottom of two or more overlapped layers of material.  An example of a hot die sealer is our EndSealer-500.

Custom Sealers combine one or more of the three types of sealers defined above.  Custom sealers are engineered using Novaseal’s vast experience in heat sealing and automation processes.
