Adding a table with UltraFast cutting is well within Novaseal’s proven capabilities. Novaseal is the designer and manufacturer of the QUAD Automatic PulseSealer which is currently the world’s largest automatic heat sealer. The QUAD includes an integrated table and cutting station in addition to automatic folding and Pulse sealing and produces posters/billboards with the fastest production time available.
Novaseal’s ShadeTable features only one cutter technology … high speed ultrasonics. Our lab has successfully cut every known shade material using our UltraFast Ultrasonic Cutting technology. With one cutter technology, training your personnel to cut fabrics has never been so easy. And with our revolutionary anvil, there’s no need for continuous anvil replacement or frequent blade sharpening as with competitive shade tables.

Precision Bearing
- Standard 15-ft x 22-ft Table attached to 2-ft x 15-ft Cutting Module. Any custom size up to 15-ft x 30-ft is available at no additional cost.
- High Speed UltraFast Ultrasonic Cutting. When compared with other ultrasonic fabric cutters, our speeds are significantly faster using our 20 KHz frequency compared to traditional frequency ranges. Includes long lasting carbide tipped ultrasonic horn and cutting anvil. For traverse Y-cuts we offer two modes … one with high speed cutting, and another with beveled cut. Horn and Anvil move separately for high speed operation without moving fabric.
- Full Width Squaring Arm with Automatic Programmable Measurement drive … switchable inches/metric.
