Comparing GT-75 to GT-100:
GT-100, also known as HDPE Welder, is a more versatile wedge welder and predominantly used on larger projects or to seal a variety of materials.  The GT-100 uses a nickel wedge and temperature controller for temperature variations from 400 to 1000°F.  Whereas the GT-75 uses an aluminum wedge with fixed temperature set point of 700°F.  Although a fixed temperature welder is easier to use, its fixed temperature limits use. Ideal for heat sealing vinyl liners and polypropylene nonwoven textiles.
