Nova Products Mfg., Inc. — engineering industrial heat-sealing systems in the USA since 1994. With more than 32 years of machine-building experience behind every Packet Welding™ system we deliver.
Rooted in over 75 years of welding innovation, Novaseal® builds on a legacy that helped pioneer RF welding. For more than 32 years, our Florida-based company has advanced that tradition — engineering reliable, high-performance heat-sealing systems proudly made in the USA. Today, the Novaseal® platform integrates Packet Welding™ technology across three system configurations, serving manufacturers who require consistent, high-strength seals across a broad range of materials, including modern sustainable substrates.
We work closely with every client to reduce the uncertainty of adopting a new sealing platform. Each Novaseal® machine is configured to meet specific application requirements — ensuring a productive transition and long-term reliability.
More than 32 years of heat sealing and machine-building experience inform every design decision. Our focus is on the production outcomes that matter: faster cycle times, stronger seams, and consistent results across all materials — from standard vinyl to sustainable alternatives.
Every Novaseal® system is designed and built in the USA to exacting tolerances. Our 5-Year Warranty reflects confidence in that standard — and in the durability of the machines we deliver.
Novaseal® has offered a 5-year warranty for nearly twenty years — not as a marketing commitment, but as an engineering one. When the warranty was introduced, it became a framework: identify everything that could fail within five years, then eliminate those failure points one by one. That process of systematic improvement has continued ever since.
The result is equipment built with a level of redundancy uncommon in this industry. Components that carry standard one-year manufacturer warranties are specified, configured, and in some cases redesigned to perform reliably for decades under production conditions. Novaseal® machines are in daily operation at customer facilities that purchased them ten, fifteen, and twenty years ago.
For customers who prefer formal long-term coverage, warranty renewal is available. An additional five-year term can be elected at low cost, with other term structures available as needed. In practice, renewal is rarely requested because Novaseal® machines are engineered for long service life, and many continue operating reliably for decades. The result is uncommon warranty protection supported by an even stronger operating record.
That durability has a direct effect on total cost of ownership. The consumable components that competitors replace on a regular schedule — and that generate steady service revenue — are rarely replaced on Novaseal® systems. A machine that runs without interruption and requires minimal consumable maintenance is not just reliable. It is measurably less expensive to operate over time.
For a detailed look at how these engineering decisions affect operating cost over time, see Total Cost of Ownership in our Insights library.
Support does not end with installation. Through NovaCARE™, customers receive lifelong guidance, training, and application support — keeping equipment performing at its best regardless of how materials or production requirements evolve. Existing customers can access service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and how-to resources through the NovaCARE™ support portal.
We stand behind every Novaseal® machine. The BuyBack Guaranty is available on select Novaseal® systems — typically entry-level models where customers grow into larger or more automated configurations. When you're ready to scale, your existing machine's value works toward the upgrade. Applies to machines in working condition, free of liens.
Every Novaseal® machine is built with the same level of attention regardless of configuration. Whether a system is ordered to a customer's specific requirements or built to a standard configuration, the same process applies — solid model design, precision fabrication, and hands-on quality oversight at every stage. That commitment to craft does not vary.
Every build starts with solid model design. Shop drawings are generated before any material is cut. Fabrication, precision machining, electro-mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and programming are each carried out by skilled tradespeople — employees and independent contractors working from a 12,000 square foot facility in South Florida, with specialty vendors throughout the USA. The design and engineering team works alongside the build team at every stage to ensure that the quality standards built into the design are carried through to the finished machine.
Before shipment, every machine is calibrated to its specified requirements and professionally crated for delivery. What arrives at your facility has been verified to perform to specification — not configured after the fact.
As materials and manufacturing requirements evolve, the Novaseal® platform is built to evolve with them. Packet Welding™ already seals the full range of thermoplastics — including the sustainable substrates that customers are increasingly specifying. The platform structure — Standard, Gantry, and TableTop systems — supports configurations from 40 inches to 30 feet, automation integration, and in-place upgrades that extend machine life without starting over.
What changes is the material. The process stays consistent.
Tony Ehrbar, President of American Tent, on what it means to seal vinyl and vinyl alternatives on the same Novaseal® platform.
"For sealing vinyl and vinyl alternatives, the reaction was simple: there is nothing else quite like it."
