The P-1000 is a powered direct-contact heat sealing system for patch welding, end sealing, pouch sealing and other small-format applications.
Pneumatic actuation provides consistent pressure and reduces manual press effort. An all-electric actuator is also available.
All-electric option available. An electric actuator can be specified instead of pneumatic actuation when required by the production environment.
Both use the same basic direct-contact sealing method. The principal difference is how the press is actuated and the production pace each configuration supports.
