This archival video, provided courtesy of American Tent, demonstrates an earlier Novaseal® Gantry system using Puls2™ technology. Current Gantry systems use Packet Welding™, which reduces the sealing-cycle time compared with the Puls2™ process shown. The throatless Gantry configuration permits 360-degree material movement around the welding head. Laser guidance assists with positioning each 126-inch section; after sealing, the material is advanced to the next section.
