Direct-contact heat sealer engineered for welding corner-reinforced patches onto awnings, screens, shade systems and industrial fabric applications. Customizable die profiles using continuously heated tooling.
Previously marketed as the NovaHEAT™ PatchSealer. Same product, updated name.
The Patch Welder uses direct-contact heat sealing with continuously heated tooling to weld reinforcement patches cleanly and repeatably onto awning panels, shade systems, screens, and other technical fabric applications. The heated die contacts the patch material under controlled pressure, fusing it to the base fabric without RF, impulse, or external heat sources.
Die profiles are fully customizable to your patch geometry — corner patches, center patches, shaped reinforcements, or custom forms.
With built-in timer for consistent, repeatable cycle control across production runs.
Integrated timer on the 750 model controls dwell time precisely — eliminating operator variability and delivering consistent fusion across every patch in a production run.
Die profiles are custom-engineered to your patch geometry. Corner patches, center pockets, shaped reinforcements, grommets, or any custom form — designed and built to your specifications.
Heavy-duty K-type thermocouple with PLC or temperature controller provides precise, repeatable heat delivery across materials and production shifts.
Available with hand, arbor, or pneumatically activated press — matched to your production volume and operator requirements. Automation-ready option also available.
Designed and manufactured in the USA. Backed by a 3-year warranty and NovaCARE™ Lifetime Support.
Custom die profiles — any shape, any size
Every patch welding application is different. Corner reinforcement profiles, pocket shapes, grommet surrounds, logo patches, and custom geometric forms are all achievable with the right die configuration.
When you contact us, share your patch dimensions, material, and substrate — and we'll specify the die configuration that matches your production requirements.
